We came here for a few drinks after an evening with family. Not sure why but our server was very inattentive to us, empty glasses of drinks, actually had to call out, which I hate to do, still wasn't acknowled, there was a problem with a drink my wife got, ( she's allergic to coconut) after several attempts to flag our server down, including calling out, I had to go to the bar to get the issue resolved. We were seated right away upon entering Match in a very comfortable booth. Excellent service!
The restaurant wasn't too noisy & the June 27th Kelowna BC Lions game was on the tv screens.
Excellent menu variety & our meals were very good!!
This is definitely the best staff in town. were regulars and now you know why!

Match Eatery & Public House offers a great dining experience with excellent service. The burger&beer deal is a must-try, and the Vernon menu in 2024 is impressive. Although some noise can be an issue, tables are clean, and reservations are recommended on weekends. The restaurant features many TVs for sports events, including UFC pay-per-view, which are shown with no cover charge. While the food quality can vary, many guests have enjoyed the best Clubhouse sandwich ever. It’s a great place for any meal of the day, and the beautiful outside patio adds to the atmosphere. Sometimes, there may be a wait due to large groups, but the friendly staff works hard to ensure a pleasant visit, even during busy times.
