The spring rolls are delicious! I could eat 8 of them. Always pleasant, entertaining staff and I rarely see a dirty table when we come. They are quick to clean tables, which is always nice to see
We had the vegetable phǒ and the spring roll meal. The broth for my phǒ was sweet, like it had too much anise, and the noodles were all very short and almost clear with no color, as if they were cooked too long. I tried putting sriracha sauce to balance it out the sweetness but it didn’t work. I also had to request the plate of sprouts, basil, and lime; It took about 4 minutes to get them, and when it arrived there were 2 sprigs of cilantro/coriander and a mountain of sprouts....
Amazing meal at Lemongrass. Our server, Nathan, was wonderful and explained the menu in detail. We all opted for a vermicelli bowl, which was HUGE and filled with fresh veggies, noodles, and your choice of meat. You can get anything as spicy as you wish, so everyone can be happy! The only negative was US, as we totally overstayed past closing (we were unaware), so apologies to all the staff. This is a great addition to Vernon’s food scene, and we will definitely be back!
