Great place for lunch or dinner in the downtown core of Vernon. Food is always quick and fresh, servers are friendly and attentive. Portions are huge and provide great value. Strongly recommend Jade Asian for Chinese food. Will definitely be back.

Great food, big portions, a place where you go to eat! the only thing I would say is they need to make some improvements to the takeout order corral as sitting in to eat, the people picking up their orders have no manners or respect for the space of others and were crowing in to the dining area

I loved the food. They have many choices of sushi and Rolls. I ordered the crunchy roll and the California roll. The Cali roll was very good. The Crunchy roll was questionable well it’s probably cuz I’m from USA. It was actually pretty good still. The service was very good.

The taste of the food is good, and the staff are very friendly, however, we ordered the deep fried wonton ($12.99) they told us it had pork. Each wonton had less than 1g of pork in it. Think ground pork, and one little tiny crumb in each wonton. It seemed like a joke the amount was so minimal. Again, the food tastes delicious, but I’ve noticed that when I go there and order a combo (my usual order) the portions are also being skewed to the majority of the meal being chow mein with very minimal veg and meat. The price is right, but then you realize what you’re actually getting for the price and it doesn’t add up. It’s upsetting because again the taste is there but the value doesn’t seem to be.

As of September 2025, a decline in food quality has been observed, with dryness and reduced sauce portions noted. Staff performance appears affected, with instances of order inaccuracies. Despite consistent high customer volume, the dining experience has become less cost-effective. --- The recent dining experience was positive, with fresh and well-prepared Chinese and sushi dishes. -------------- Previous concerns regarding food quality, including instances of burnt or unpalatable items, seem to have been addressed. Based on this improved experience, a recommendation is provided.

Took 15 minutes of driving around because I forgot the name from our first visit, but we found you! The ginger beef...Yum !!! Everything served piping hot and delicious! Definitely left very satisfied. Will be back on our next visit to Vernon!

Went there for dinner, food 4 out of 5 it was decent food, service well was ...um nonexistent, seated fairly quickly, order taken quickly, order a combo meal and miso soup, soup came after food was already brought to the table after that no one ever came by again, no one asked how anything was , no one asked to refill water , waited and waited on check, finally had to stand up, put coat on and stand with credit card in hand before anyone acknowledged we were ready to leave, food fairly good, service not so much
