Great greeting upon arrival was seated quickly. Waited 30 minutes to get served. Drinks and appetizers came quickly and were tasty. Remainder of order took about an hour and anything that was supposed to be hot was cold. Waitress was horrible kept saying it was her Friday and she's slow tonight, we all have Fridays and still do our jobs. She forgot water, was asked a few times for bill. She also said she won't sing happy birthday. We were celebrating a 9 year old birthday. We stayed because of the birthday but will never eat at Kelly's Os in Vernon again.

Beautiful space, service was on point. If there was a rating for hospitality then 0 stars, walked in and the first thing the server asked was if i was picking up an order for doordash or uber eats? Not sure why she assumed that i was picking up an order. Management nothing against anyone but teach your staff to atleast greet people on the door rather than them assuming that a solo person is there for pick up only. Date- Saturday, August 16th 10:30 pm.

In town overnight and this was close to our motel. I was interested in going because I remember frequenting the Kamloops location when I was much younger. Food was good but definitely priced on the high side. Service was just ok.

Came in for a meal with my mother and Teryns Customer service was fantastic, she is absolutely such a sweetheart.

Honestly just disheartened. I called 4 times to try to place a pickup order. No one answered. I came in at 8 pm to place my to go order and explained to the servers what happened because I didn’t know if maybe their phones were out, but I was frustrated to see that all they could do was write off my frustration like they didn’t care, give me weird looks like how dare I complain, and say “we weren’t picking up the phones”. I’d honestly like a refund for my food because now I’m just sitting at home trying to figure out what I did wrong that made these girls give me passive aggressive looks, and I’ve lost my appetite. I was just really craving Kelly Os tonight, and these 2 servers made me feel unwelcome. I don’t come to Kelly Os often but when I do it’s usually amazing, food and service! That’s why after a rough day for myself I decided to treat myself to my favourites from here like a nice pick-me-up. This just left a sour taste in my mouth and I’m disappointed 😔

The food was decent as it always is but the service was really sub par. We ordered right away but still waited 25 minutes for food. The food was dropped so quickly that we weren't able to tell anyone that we were missing a piece of fish. The server checked on us once in passing, not long enough to actually check on us or bring drink refills. Once the cheque came, had to let her know about the missing piece and show a picture as proof.

I came here on my own birthday in April and it was excellent; fantastic service and everyone loved my dog on the patio, and the Cajun chicken and prawns were incredible. My dad and I came here today for his birthday and our server, Lexie was very friendly, attentive, funny and made our experience awesome! We shared the classic appetizers of chicken lips, chicken wings and pachos, plus a couple of happy hour beers each and it was so chill and fun! Thank you for a wonderful time! Will be back soon! When chicken lips call me from my government name, I shall return!
