We arrived at the restaurant Feb 24th for my nephews 19th birthday. The staff were so welcoming and warm. Our server was Sabre, she was great, she really was a hype girl making him feel special. My nephew claimed that it was the best night of his life 😂 management/owner also went above and beyond checking that our meals were good & visiting with us. Such a great night, good food & wonderful staff. Thank you for making the occasion so wonderful for my nephew.

Went for a birthday dinner.. 2 adults 2 kids. Was not anything to be excited about, both burgers were dry, the buns were stale and inedible, not much sauce or flavor at all just dry and bland, the onion rings on top were overcooked, outsides were hard and dark brown and the insides mush and they tasted very fishy. I upgraded the patchos and they smothered it with cheese and bacon which I've never seen before but it made up for the rest of the meal being a flop. Service was great but the server knew it was my birthday and announced to everyone the bill total when she brought it over, so that was kinda embarrassing but other than that the food was hot and I didn't have to cook it. Thank you.

I ordered the kelly salad what a rip off tiny amount of feta only a teaspoon and the dressing was inadequate the meal made me quite sick! I told them about it and they didn't offer any compensation when I got meal I asked for more feta and they said they would charge me 2 orders instead of 1. I will never go back Everything on there menu was greasy and no healthy choices here

I've been going to Kelly O'Brien's for years the prime rib is always been the best anywhere. But today I went to this location wanting to enjoy the prime rib. It was by far the worst cut of prime rib I've ever had. I don't think I'll ever eat prime rib there again. It was so hard to chew so hard to cut and there was no flavor. They have failed the prime rib.

Such a fun restaurant with a great atmosphere. A great deal on your birthday for sure (they are very generous), but awesome happy hour deals and always good food! Love the ‘patio’ feel year round. Friendly staff, but some, not all lack in care or service. Went for b'day dinner. Small group. No follow up to what was was ordered. When food arrived, items were missing, most of food was cold. Nobody checked on us even after food was dropped at table. Nobody came to clear dishes, offer drink refills, or ask if we cared for dessert. Keep in mind it was a b'day dinner. Huh!?! Had to interrupt another server to get somebody to do anything. Turns out our original server left and did not mention we were there and still dining. Very poor service. New servers offered many apologies and comped us dessert. Much appreciated 👏
