Friendly staff, but some, not all lack in care or service. Went for b'day dinner. Small group. No follow up to what was was ordered. When food arrived, items were missing, most of food was cold. Nobody checked on us even after food was dropped at table. Nobody came to clear dishes, offer drink refills, or ask if we cared for dessert. Keep in mind it was a b'day dinner. Huh!?! Had to interrupt another server to get somebody to do anything. Turns out our original server...
Beautiful space, service was on point. If there was a rating for hospitality then 0 stars, walked in and the first thing the server asked was if i was picking up an order for doordash or uber eats? Not sure why she assumed that i was picking up an order. Management nothing against anyone but teach your staff to atleast greet people on the door rather than them assuming that a solo person is there for pick up only.

In town overnight and this was close to our motel. I was interested in going because I remember frequenting the Kamloops location when I was much younger. Food was good but definitely priced on the high side. Service was just ok.
