This market has a fantastic selection of tasty foods from around the world. The friendly staff are always helpful and very knowledgeable about the many products that they carry. Their prices are reasonable and they often have great specials in their large deli department. I have been a regular customer for many years and love shopping there!
Recently I needed a gift basket for a friend who lives in Vernon (I am in Ontario), I was looking for a pizza-themed basket as the friend had just received a pizza oven. After a brief email to inquire if they make baskets, the manager was quick to respond saying they would be happy to help me out. I want to give this place a good review, great selection and most of the staff are extremely friendly. But please try and improve your customer service, I felt like I was being reprimanded by the Owner because of asking help from an other staff member. I appreciate you have your ways of operating your business, but giving your customers a smile and making them feel welcome goes such a long way. Thankyou
