I’ve visited this restaurant a few times now, and overall I’ve had a very good experience each time. The service has been consistently good, and the food quality is up to standard—tasty and well-prepared. I’d especially like to mention one of the servers, Paru. Every time we’ve visited, Paru has done an excellent job. Very polite, respectful, and attentive, which genuinely adds to the overall dining experience. So far, I’ve tried: Cauliflower 65 Veg Manchurian Masala chai Bhindi masala Dal makhani Shahi paneer Chicken curry Chicken tikka masala All of these dishes easily deserve a 4.7–4.9 out of 5 for taste and consistency. The lamb rogan josh and gol gappe were decent, but I was expecting a more traditional Indian street-style flavor, especially for the gol gappe. Overall, it’s a solid place with good food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting again.

We came to New Punjab tonight for my son’s 12th birthday dinner. The waitress (Kamal) was very friendly and helpful (I’m a picky eater and she helped me find something that worked for me and it was amazing!). The portions are huge for the price! Will definitely be back. Thank you!

The food, especially the chicken biriyani, is very good and tasty. However, the service today was very disappointing. Previously, raita was included with the biriyani and they even asked if we wanted it because some people don’t like it. Today, we were charged extra for raita without any clear explanation.
When we asked about this, the staff treated us poorly. One staff member said she is the supervisor but also said she could not do anything about the issue. Good food, but inconsistent pricing and unprofessional customer service. This experience really spoiled the visit.
