OPA! of Greece Village Green Mall

If i could put zero star,, i would definitely give them a zero. The staff is so rude. They don’t even know customer service even after working in one. I have given this location a quite many chances now, definitely not coming back.
Just a recommendation for the team, please smile if you could. Put a good and nice face on.

Ate today calamari and Caesar salad with my toddler. One hour later violent vomiting every 15 min, 3 hours later watery diarrhea for both. Going to emerg.

Amin omen however you’d like to say her name is extremely rude doesn’t listen disregards what a customer says when asked about veggies on a wrap, asked for extra tiziki was given attitude asked for extra lemons for the calamari I was told it was put on and the TWO slices for my salad was to be used for my calamari then when saying no I would like two separate she said they had no more!! Extremely rude!! Learn some proper customer service!!!

Messed up my order and instead of apologize she argued with me and refused to give me fried I've ordered. Instead she wanted me to pay extra. But I wanted it as meal because of the price. Did not want to pay for each item separately and have it more expensive that necessary. And besides that, I am pretty sure I've said that I want fries and coke and was charged for it. But she argued that not. First time and last time here.

I have been going to Opa for years!!! it is always my favourite fast food… But this location has gone so far downhill! The serving sizes in general have gone down and the meat skewers are smaller ( compared to the Kelowna location) but the biggest change in customer service, the staff just don’t smile, or speak politely or even look like they’re happy to have the job or to take care of you! The previous owners got to know you and looked like they were always pleased to have your business! I will stay away from this location and keep my visits to Opa for when I go to Kelowna!

Its hard to compare to other fast food restaurants since this is like the only healthy fast food option at the food court lol, but their food is really good and filling. Haven’t tried their wraps but i love their calamari and fries are awesome with tzatziki sauce, wish they had other sauces though. staff are all polite and friendly too.
