Rant to Opa! My daughter and I tried to order at 435 pm. First, I waited for service for 5 minutes. Then, I was told that they were out of calamari. Disappointing but okay, I'll get chicken souvlaki instead. Nope. Out of that too. Turns out they aren't out of anything. Just don't want to make anything new so close to closing (which was 5pm btw - 25 minutes to closing when i tried to order). You either close at 5 or you don't. Don't refuse service because you are too lazy. Perhaps close earlier then. Super disappointed. Miss the old owner. He cared about customer service.

When they first opened it was great. Good food and service. Not sure if ownership has changed but now it's absolutely terrible. Rude ignorant staff, constantly out of something that's part of a platter and not willing to substitute or reduce price.

The young lady that made our food here on Tuesday morning was amazing ~ she made the food with care & was extremely friendly ~ we will visit this opa the next time we're back in Vernon 💯

If i could put zero star,, i would definitely give them a zero. The staff is so rude. They don’t even know customer service even after working in one. I have given this location a quite many chances now, definitely not coming back.

All I can say is wow! The gyro pita was amazing. Crisp fresh lettuce! The taziki was super tasty. The calamari was incredible and tasty. The baklava was comparable to a resto I ate in Crete last month! Super happy I took the plunge and ordered! Will be ordering more and more from here! Thank you for a great meal!!! SETON, Calgary AB
