They are one of the only pizza shops to use original sourdough techniques from centuries ago. That's why the crust is suitable for gluten intolerant people. The fermentation process predigests the wheat's anti nutrient properties making all nutrients bioavailable.I know how hard this family works to produce the quality product they do. Year one they worked 14h days 7 days a week. The last 4 years they have worked 12-13h days 5 days a week.For anyone to lazily hit a 1 star review because they sat on their couch, didn't plan ahead, and called after hours is unfair.It isn't based on how the quality of the pizza is, or how their customer service is, it's simply their only weapon for not getting what they want when they demand it.This family deserves reveiws based on who they are. Not adult tantrums.Check them out! You won't be disappointed ❤️

Was cold and wanted pizza for dinner. Menu was a bit avg, pizzas were also a bit avg, service was a bit avg as well. If you like extra cheesy style pizzas then maybe its ok for you, but not really an authentic italian pizza as i'd prefer. Would i go back, probably not unfortunately. Its a bummer as silverstar needs a good pizza restaurant.

The crust on our two pizzas was a little soggy and could have been cooked more. The pepperoni was very good quality, though our vegetarian pizza was lacking in vegetable toppings. But overall, we were happy to find pizza in the village!
