“Excellent pub with amazing service! We went to pick up our race packages for the S2S nordic race and hand a hankering for a beer. Found Long Johns in the corner by the market. After ordering some drinks the waitress let us know about the specials and we were sold on the burger even though we just ate. It was excellent and hit the spot. They had stella in a bottle and DINO SOURS my favorite. The burger was excellent and we had some onion rings as well - hopefully they'll help speed us on the down hills during the race. :) Highly recommend Long Johns if you're up at the Star. Definitely going back tomorrow after the race to refuel!“

“i really like how it’s all set up in there, food was fast and yummy. the gravy was delicious and the fry’s are to die for. i got a dragon bowl i think and it was very very yummy i would definitely recommend if you go there.

Vegetarian options: many veggie options and as a vegetarian myself i had no trouble finding something to eat. all very yummy

Dietary restrictions: when i asked for no dip they gave me no dip so i think if you asked them for no something it would probably work

Parking: the parking is just the mall parking so it can either be busy or not busy

Kid-friendliness: i didn’t see that many kids but i feel kids would be able to eat here just make sure the kids are calm because it’s a very calm environment.

Wheelchair accessibility: it was pretty bad, but they helped my grandma as much as they could to please her so it wasn’t horrible“

“It would be 2 stars if it wasn't for the uplifting presence on one of the servers I believe goes by K.C. heads and or tails above any service I've received at many of the establishments I frequent. I would recommend only ever going if K.C. or something called Lola are working. I generally prefer the kal because they have crannog ale but the magnitude of better service that I received from the servers at this pub really made it my main haunt.“

“RAVE to 1516 pub who helped my family by allowing us to host a very last minute event there that required access for a wheelchair and a wheelchair-accessible washroom. They had the tables set up so the wheelchair could easily navigate, were gracious hosts and we had impeccable service! I couldn't thank them enough for their kindness in allowing us to have our event there!! ❤️“

“Everything great except for timing of serving the food. Although the server kept us updated it was disappointing since we had to be somewhere. But everything worked out okay. I think if people indicate they are settling in for a long evening at a pub it doesn't matter so much.“
