The offers advertised on the app and website never work when I try to place an order, so I don't order from here anymore. The app also automatically adds on a tip that you have to opt out of. Seems like a shady business practices to me.

I usually get the Spicy Chipotle Tofu Burrito, and it’s always perfect! The toppings are fresh and added in just the right amount—unlike Kelowna Quesada, where they tend to skimp on things. They do it right here! The flavors were well-balanced, and the tofu had a great texture. Definitely coming back for more!

I’ve gone here over a dozen times and have really tried to like it, however, this is just a far inferior product compared to Mucho Burrito or Chipotle. It’s a Mexican place, it should be popping with flavours - fresh, spicy, citrusy, savoury and sweet, instead it’s bland, tasteless, and lifeless.

I Doordashed a regular bruitto for $17 (not including doordash fees) I get my regular bruitto which looks like it’s extra small with barley nothing in it. I call Quesada and I ask why is my bruitto like an extra small when I got a regular and he tells me it’s because I only got 3 cold toppings. But I still got beef and beans and even extra cheese. Even if that was the case that I got less toppings you are still required to fill up the bruitto to make it a regular size. Just because I got 6 toppings doesn’t mean you make the bruitto extra small? Don’t eat at Quesada in Vernon unless you want to be disappointed and confused by their stupid reasoning on why your bruitto is so small. Bar bruitto is better go there💯🤗

The girl in there is running around like a chicken with her head cut off then as she is trying to help staff in front of me as I was mid sentence she looks at me and said I'll get to you when I can in a rude tone, won't be coming back to this location and will not recommend.

After a very challenging week, all I wanted for an early mothers day was my favourite burrito for dinner. As frequent customers we ordered through the app to pick up and come home to enjoy. To my disgust, one bite in and I pulled out a LONG BLACK HAIR. My husband immediately took our meal back to the restaurant. They refused any refund but did remake the burrito. When he asked for a drink or something for the trouble of coming all the way back he was told “I gave you a free burrito didn’t I” (free? As in remaking the contaminated food?). And for further disappointment my new “free” burrito was full of raw crunchy rice and brown lettuce. Needless to say they have LOST a very frequent and loyal customer.
