Worst food. Flame grilled chicken classic Burrito ordered today was so nasty and it made my stomach totally upset. Quality of chicken was like rubber. Biggest mistake ordering food from you guys. Just saw now other people had similar complaints in review too. I will raise my complaint to CFIA & Food safetylicensing. You guys seriously need inspection on what garbage are you selling.

These people working here need to go find other work. I go in to get a bean quesadilla and every topping they’re putting is a hardly anything… and when I ask for a fair amount… they say they’ll need to charge… just the tone of this person was rude… I walked out… never gonna go back, until it’s under new ownership.

Well the worst burrito first they don't have enough topping, if i am frankly saying your chicken feels like rubber not worth it i used to eat mucho burrito since there isn't one in vernon I want to give quesada a try 2 out of 10 if we compare it's just not on that level I don't want any worker to get in trouble they did awesome job greeted me well and everything but food quality you guys can do a lot better

Pay attention to what they are doing!! First time going there they forgot the salsa. Second time going there they labeled them wrong. Not cool..

The offers advertised on the app and website never work when I try to place an order, so I don't order from here anymore. The app also automatically adds on a tip that you have to opt out of. Seems like a shady business practices to me.

I usually get the Spicy Chipotle Tofu Burrito, and it’s always perfect! The toppings are fresh and added in just the right amount—unlike Kelowna Quesada, where they tend to skimp on things. They do it right here! The flavors were well-balanced, and the tofu had a great texture. Definitely coming back for more!

I’ve gone here over a dozen times and have really tried to like it, however, this is just a far inferior product compared to Mucho Burrito or Chipotle. It’s a Mexican place, it should be popping with flavours - fresh, spicy, citrusy, savoury and sweet, instead it’s bland, tasteless, and lifeless.
