We ordered out from vernon. Wasn't busy. Kids grilled cheese was burnt. So disappointed. If we were eating in it would never make it to the table.
We attended with an entire hockey team, and the orders, although pre-ordered were confusing and entirely wrong. It happens, understandably. Where you lose me is bringing my husband's hamburger, which was delivered to the wrong table, all the fries eaten, with a big smear of ketchup across the plate to us and specifically asking if we mind eating it. That is absolutely, completely, unacceptable. Mistakes happen with big orders, but never would I expect a customer to EAT food off...read full review
