We went for wing night. Wings were very good and tender and good value. One in our party had the fish and chips. Excellent as well. Fries are realy good.

The Red Antler never disappoints -the food is great - hot fresh and tasty - service is always friendly and attentive - drinks are cold and refreshing- and best of all Wednesdays is half price wing night - book early or you'll miss out!!!

The Red Antler was as good as it normally is. However we booked a Christmas Dinner which was unavailable-“sold out”. This was booked very early following it being promoted on the Silver Star site. I am told it was not reserved, which in my view was a failure of the booking system as the link we were given via the Silver Star website (Open Table) only books a table, not a dinner. Nevertheless the management handled the situation well.

It was Ok. Food service was a little slow and the food quality was just OK. The Server was good

Sad i can't give it zero stars. They say Coke products, nah, cheep post mix delivered from a Coke tap. Had half rack of ribs as a special, looked and tasted like the frozen (but fully cooked) ribs you get at Save On Foods ($6 for a full rack). Just very poor. Silver Star Resort also needs a refresh, 90% of the shops are empty and for sale, soulless place. :(

Went there after crankworks and were joined by friends on the patio. When we ordered our 3rd round of beverages we were told that was our last round and we were cut off. Group of 60 something year olds having some laughs. No one was drunk or disorderly. When questioned what the issue was we couldn’t get a straight answer. Very ridiculous and disappointing. Everyone was a local and ski pass holders. Won’t be going back and will definitely tell others - not a place you want to enjoy a bevie and watch the world go by. Food was so so.

Way overpriced. Better to get lunch in Vernon then spend $50 on a burger and poutine

Menu had limitations. Fish and chips were best choice. Burgers were delicious but limited as they had pork in the beef. Staff were very helpful.

Pretty meh but it’s a ski resort / Disney land what can you expect ?!
A lot of good beers but if you order a pitcher they will grill you on how many people are sharing it ( a little zealously if you ask me but maybe the inspector downed some solo pitchers recently). The nachos were an abomination in terms of quantity but maybe it’s catering to an active crowd trying to watch their figure .
I admired the one server who was initially ice cold then turned the charm on midway through , I would do the same !

If I could give Ben (chef) and Jen (best host ever) a 10 out of 5 I would. We hosted a retreat up silver star and they curated the most Ammmazing, thoughtful, delish meal and snacks/drinks we could ever imagine. We could feel and taste the love. They made everything more special and Made Our Retreat! We are so beyond thankful. Best Ever!

Huge shoutout to The Red Antler restaurant for an incredible experience! We were in town for the BC Provincial Competition, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 35+ parents, athletes, and coaches. The food? Absolutely outstanding—some of the best we’ve had in a long time! The service? Five stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Special thanks to our server for recommending the Pad Thai—generous portion, packed with flavor, and downright delicious! We’ll definitely be back! Thanks again, Red Antler! ❤️ -Whistler Valley Snowboard Club

Happy to see a handful of labeled vegan options at a mountainside pub. Large portions. Updated from previous review on 2025-02-28

Great service and the food came out quickly. The poutines, nachos, and beverages do not disappoint! Loved the Aunt Gladys. Get the hot chocolate for the kids!

Survived my first ski day in a few years. Looked forward to a beer and some food and the big 4 Nations game. Waited on a comfy coach for a table for 6. Our group arrived 15 minutes after I got a seat. About an hour in we ordered meals and about 15 minutes before puck drop were told we had to move to the family section of the pub as our table was reserved. A 2 hour policy was mentioned and one of the servers lied about telling me our table had a time limit. I argued but decided we should leave and find some where else to watch the game. We canceled our meal orders and the floor manager apologized as we departed and then told us the party that reserved cancelled. My point to all is when spending hundreds$$ and in a seat having a policy that caters to people not there. And in this case not coming! Seems radiculous and a good way to lose business. We will never come back
