Service with zero f's given. We attended Red Antler on 20 January 2024 for an early dinner. After numerous visits over the last 6 years, this was our last.Knowing it would be a busy afternoon/evening I called to book a table for 3:30pm which was made via the telephone number on Silverstar site.Upon arrival the greeter refused to accept that I'd booked, saying it wasn't possible to book before 6pm (despite their own site accepting bookings throughout the day). I suggested it was made with Craig or Greg but was abruptly informed no one by that name worked there. There was no suggestion of mistake their side, just that I could not have done as I said, insinuating hence I was lying.Further after suggesting I'd specially booked with request close to screen to watch game, thick sarcasm regarding table provided ensued. Then came the wait and bar service....Two servers were too busy talking to table next to ours about how they were from same home town to take our orders. Upon asking another server to change tv closest to us to play NHL game my wife told 'all screens must play same thing'.My wife ordered a glass of wine, upon receiving it smelled of detergent. Three adults at tables agreed the glass smelled of detergent/not usual wine smell. We asked the server to send the wine back and another one to be poured. We then observed 4 servers individually smell and return it to bartender. We then further observed the bar tender pour offending glass into a new glass is returned to server who delivers to table. We raised a Complaint and demanded a fresh new glass. When the Manager came to our table he listened to our complaints (re. Greeter, poor service and bartender) and offers to 'comp' a glass of wine with inauthentic apology. The manager saw no issues with the service provided, told me they didn't accept bookings before 5pm (note not 6pm as advised originally) and confirmed Craig/Greg didn't work there. Basically treating the situation flippantly as his staff had, proving a fish rots from the head....Adding insult to injury 20 min after the complaint to the manager by some stroke of divine intervention the tv screens were miraculously changed to show NFL and NHL separately. All in all just a woeful experience that was mishandled at all points by ineffectual staff and management.Subsequent to this experience we blacklisted the Red Antler and informed our group of 20+ the experience who did so also...Further complaint was raised directly with SilverStar given its ownership of the restaurant but no response was received.

The food and service was excellent. Because it is a bar more so than a restaurant, it got a bit loud as more people came in. But, everyone was respectful as they enjoyed themselves.

Staff are nice and there's good atmosphere, but my main issues are the food (average) and the price (expensive). Kids burger was mostly inedible and didn't come with any condiments. Wings came in a basket with no dipping sauce, veggies, or even napkins! Vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and an oreo tossed in was $12. Disappointing overall.

Recommended by friends to try. Salad greens were all brown. Falafel wrap was so dry it was hard to eat. Oreo ice cream dessert could have been ok but the ice cream was freezer burnt/old and drinks are Ridiculously expensive. Probably wouldn't go back.

Our meal was good we were seated in a quieter area which was nice. Only negative was a member of our group is celiac and experienced stomach illness following meal even with ordering GF items, so if one has a food allergy be cautious.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were met with friendly faces. We were seated quickly and orders taken promptly. The food was delicious. Definitely will make a return trip.

Our table wasn't ready even though we had booked a reservation. We were sat right by the door so it was cold. They did move us to a high top table which was a little better. The food was cold once it arrived. It was a busy night for the staff we could see that. All in all it was a nice evening for our family.

The nachos are supposed to have a pound of Armstrong cheddar. For 35 $. Hardly any cheese.

I really enjoy the food at Red Antler. Everything is extremely tasty and the portions seem reasonable for the prices.I love the ski town vibes and the staff are friendly. I do find in the slower times staff are a bit slow to respond. And then in the busy times service is incredible. So give and take I still love the red antler

Pass on the breakfast. I don't mind paying the higher prices, but frozen hash browns?? Come on Antler. You can do better. The stars would be much lower for breakfast. However, the lunches have been great! That pulled the stars back up. I need a new breakfast place, but will still return for lunches.

Popped in with a friend after a ride with for a quick snack and ordered a plate of nachos. Our bad for not looking at prices first, yes I know things are expensive these days, but the bill for Just nachos was $50!!! We expected something in the 20-25$$ range. Turns out the nachos were like 35$, the extra tiny bowl of salsa to augment the completely insufficient 1/2 cup they came with was 8$ and add tax and tip and your at fifty bucks. At least if they put lots of good stuff on it I wouldn’t feel as insulted. It was made to look fancy by adding some lines of squirted on crema and a dusting of jalapeño rings and just enough cheese to realize they didn’t forget the cheese but not enough to really even make chips stick together. All in all the complete experience to make us feel like we got rolled.
