Went there for take out a couple days ago! I now know where to get great pizza in Vernon!

First time trying them this past Friday & must have been an off night for them, as I've heard good things about Saucies, but this experience sadly was not the best. My friend & I ordered separately, for takeout. She ordered first, one of their chicken pizzas. I ordered a 1/2 & 1/2 (their specialty pickle & a beef one) . Was told 45 minutes. We came back to find out her pizza had been forgotten about. Mine was closer to an hour/+15 mins wait (we were waiting outside & went in several times to check). 30 mins later, her pizza was ready, & told they had gotten a new oven, still figuring it out, & they got slammed with orders right after putting in our orders. Still charged full price & was given 2 drinks for the trouble. We didn't say much & were understanding that it was a Friday night & things get busy. Got home to see her pizza was totally burnt on the bottom & not really edible. We were too tired to go back & deal with it (should've taken pictures). Mine was good & presented well, just one of the sides could've used more time in the oven; but probably due to the difference in sides and/or maybe the oven issue. The 2 stars for food is based on my friend's experience. I felt bad for her as it was my suggestion to try Saucies. The service was very friendly; however, for the price, being told about the oven woes, & forgetting about an order; an adjustment in price would've been appreciated (more excuses than apologetic). I may try them again on a weekday & after a while when they've figured out the new oven.

We recently moved to the area, and the family and I decided to try out the local pizza place. The staff were extremely friendly, and the atmosphere was fun! We had the Scrumptious Supreme, and a Hawaiian. Needless to say, the kids were playing rock/paper/scissors for the last piece.
We enjoyed quality pizzas, at a reasonable price, and will DEFINITELY return.
On top of that, it's a locally owned and operated establishment. A must try. 5 stars

Great service, staff was super friendly but I’ve had better .93 slices on Hastings st. Very little toppings and tasted like a cheese pizza rather than a Hawaiian. Sorry guys but step your game up. Red tomato pies is coming (not affiliated) so start adding toppings!

Absolutely Delicious! I called in a day ahead and placed an order for 5 large pizza's and had requested pick up for 11:45AM, not realizing they didn't open full service pizza until 11:30AM! They are a same business with minimal staff but they accommodated the request, no problem! We got both Sourdough and Regular crust and honestly it was hard to tell the difference when looking at them. I am gluten intolerant but am lucky enough to be able to eat sourdough, and I can't say enough good things about this crust!! Well done Mike and team! You guys really out did yourselves! New favourite pizza spot that I can eat at that doesn't require me to spend an additional $4+ on a G/F crust! Thank you!!

I heard this was the best pizza and no lying. Mine was on sourdough crust. Alfredo sauce with chicken, bacon, mushrooms and red pepper. Hands down the best ever. Me abd a friend devoured this. Definitely going back! Yum

I had the Scrumptious Supreme - beef, Italian sausage, mushroom, onion, olives( Mike the owner let me substitute spinach for the olives),sweet pepper, cup and char pepperoni on a sourdough crust to die for that Mike makes from scratch at the shop. They have other crust choices as well. I think he might be the only place in town that offers sourdough. Super friendly staff that make one fine pizza. Several to choose from their menu or they will even make one with any mixture of toppings you like. Check them out! You’ll be glad you did!
