Worst customer service ever since 2000 I’ve been able to get My drink my way now a couple members of the staff have decided that it’s your drink the Starbucks standard way or no drink. I highly recommend not going to this Starbucks.

The drip coffee is horrible. I roast my own, i know coffee, but no expert knowledge is needed here - the vile swill this place serves is simply undrinkable. I returned their house brew for the Blonde, and it was just differently awful. The mold in the coffee cake was the last straw, drawing this review: this place should close up and stop poisoning people with their garbage!!

Cudo's to the ladies working today that had to deal with a major Karen. Felt so bad for them, but they dealt with her very professionally and a lot nicer than I would have.

Worst place ever. The barista, a tall person did not steam the mil wow. I’ve worked at Starbucks for two years and know how milk is steamed. They went with the steamer in and out. Before that I said I was lactose intolerant, they gave me the chai latte with regular milk when the sticker said oat milk. Both the barista busy chatting with each other. This was March 25th around 4pm. NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN!!! I’ll definitely catch Their name when I swing by the mall and post it. People actually working deserves to have a job.

Much Better than Anderson! They don't close half their store 30 minutes early!

Huge disappointment and frustration at Village green mall - Starbucks place today.

Placed an online order prior to my arrival, and waited, in the shop, for approx five mins. Waiting part was totally fine with me as the place was busy and I got to enjoy watching my drinks being made.

The disappointment was when I received the third drink out of my four orders, a venti sized cappuccino with oat milk. Refer to the first picture I attached; I took the picture right away as I got to my car which was parked right across from the location, within a minute.

The drink did not look appetizing at all as the coffee was only filled up to 85-90%. Also, $6.77 dollar - the venti sized drink weighed feather light! It looked like there was nothing in it.

The barista was continuously making other orders; I did not wanna bother him as there were a few ppl standing beside me waiting for their drinks patiently.

Instead, I politely asked this young lady, at the counter to assess my drink. Without even glancing it, she said, " it looks right to me". I asked her to check again as the coffee was only filled up to less than 1/4 of the venti cup and the rest is all only in form, no steamed milk at all. I even asked her to hold it to feel the weight. I was too upset trying to prove the drink was not right; I honestly do not remember whether she actually held my drink cup to invest it or not. She replied that that is "what the cappuccino is"..."made out of form".

She was telling me the difference between latte and cappuccino as if I do not know anything.
I know what cappuccino is. Cappuccino indeed contains steamed MILK and form. I attach the second pic for ur education.

So frustrated, I just left the store. The place was filled with customers and I was embarrassed my feedback was not listened at all.

At the end, I had to drop by another Starbucks location in town to get another venti sized cappuccino with oat milk prove it. And there is my third picture attached.

See the difference for urself, Starbucks location at Village green mall. This is a true venti- cappuccino it should look like!
