The woman serving us at the drive-thru needs lessons in manners & customer service. As I was paying, she commented, "hurry up it's freezing" (temp that day was +1) and honestly if it's too chilly for you, put a jacket on!
Then she hands us our drinks, I had to ask for sleeves which she passed me after she passed us our drinks. As I'm putting the sleeves in she says, "there's a long line, hurry up". Yes, I know there is a line as we have been waiting in that long line.
This attitude was completely uncalled for.
Get this woman off the window and have a conversation with her regarding proper customer service.

This was my 151st eatery in Vernon on my quest to eat at every eatery in Vernon. I have now eaten at over 200 local eateries.

I was originally here last year, but forgot to write something. I came back here today.

After tax and tip I paid $4.15 for a warmed chocolate brownie.

I am not a coffee drinker so I never buy coffee here.

The service was a bit slow. They kept running back and forth to the drive thru. There was only one customer in front of me but I found myself waiting a solid four or five minutes.

The conversation with the cashier was very business-like.

This is definitely the cleanest and fastest service of any Starbucks in town.

I am always amazed how every Starbucks I'd always busy in town.

It is the ideal spot to bring your laptop or a book or your phone, connect to wifi, and let the hours roll on by.

My brownie tasted fine.

Very very bad experience here and they are not treating a customer properly. One of lady her name is Eliza she doesn’t know how to make a coffee. Very rude lady and she made my coffee very badly.

Horrible. They don’t make the drinks good at this location. Won’t come back ever. Train your staff how to make the drinks properly. They are also cheap at this location because when I went my cup was just filled with ice and my drink was 3/4 full. What a rip off.

I love Starbucks. I'm a Starbucks addict, for sure. But they're not perfect. It's the little things that they miss through their mobile ordering app. The most obvious one is "no foam" on my lattes and mochas. They only get this right about half the time. Or "extra hot" and "no ice"; same issue. It makes me wonder if they are also missing half the time with my caffeine and milk preferences??? It's a mobile ordering app, so the various preferences that I have requested appear on a screen in front of them AND on a printed label that goes on the cup. How do they miss that? Just read the screen and/or label!
