I love this location, and initially was unsurprised when a barista came over at 7:40. I knew they closed at 8. She proceeded to tell me they closed in 5 minutes. I said i thought I had 20 minutes, (was planning to start packing up to leave shlrtly) so I said I'd go, and hurriedly packed up. She tried to tell me I could stay, but I didn't feel welcome. Not sure if I'll come back to this location.

I was watching the time, and no issue with a reminder 20 minutes to closing- it's easy to lose track of time.

The woman serving us at the drive-thru needs lessons in manners & customer service. As I was paying, she commented, "hurry up it's freezing" (temp that day was +1) and honestly if it's too chilly for you, put a jacket on!
Then she hands us our drinks, I had to ask for sleeves which she passed me after she passed us our drinks. As I'm putting the sleeves in she says, "there's a long line, hurry up". Yes, I know there is a line as we have been waiting in that long line.
This attitude was completely uncalled for.
Get this woman off the window and have a conversation with her regarding proper customer service.

This was my 151st eatery in Vernon on my quest to eat at every eatery in Vernon. I have now eaten at over 200 local eateries.

I was originally here last year, but forgot to write something. I came back here today.

After tax and tip I paid $4.15 for a warmed chocolate brownie.

I am not a coffee drinker so I never buy coffee here.

The service was a bit slow. They kept running back and forth to the drive thru. There was only one customer in front of me but I found myself waiting a solid four or five minutes.

The conversation with the cashier was very business-like.

This is definitely the cleanest and fastest service of any Starbucks in town.

I am always amazed how every Starbucks I'd always busy in town.

It is the ideal spot to bring your laptop or a book or your phone, connect to wifi, and let the hours roll on by.

My brownie tasted fine.

Couldn't understand her accent, she seemed annoyed, messed up my order and referred to me as a nice person on my drink I am assuming sarcastically because I couldn't understand her. Will not come back here.
