I love Starbucks. I'm a Starbucks addict, for sure. But they're not perfect. It's the little things that they miss through their mobile ordering app. The most obvious one is "no foam" on my lattes and mochas. They only get this right about half the time. I don't drink coffee. Met with a colleague, she had a coffee and I had a pastry. The pastry was standard, nothing special. Price was typical. We sat outside on the patio, which was nice. Clean and uncluttered.
