The Bistro has a great view overlooking Swan Lake, but the interior could use a little imagination. The approach is through a rather dark corridor and a musty smelling elevator and is not a great start to a dining "experience". The waitress was friendly but totally forgot to make sure there was no bacon on our meal. The meal itself was really quite good (except for the bacon we didn't desire.) Overall it was good, but could be excellent with a little more imagination.
Our Anniversary Dinner celebration at The Castle location of Intermezzo was amazing.

We had a superb dining experience to celebrate our 55th anniversary at Castle bistro. From the warm welcome to the warm crème brûlée dessert the meal was exceptional. They know how to elevate a special occasion. I especially enjoyed the wild mushroom soup and the pear /candied pecan salad. my husband’s cajun prawns were cooked to perfection.
