Probably best Caesar I’ve had. Nothing crazy like sandwiches on it or anything.. but still rated higher in my books than those.Get a Caesar !

The Indonesia Rendang had absolutely no hint of curry, lemongrass or lime. Big disappointment. Otherwise, atmosphere and staff were fine.

Refused to seat our party saying all tables were full despite the restaurant being virtually empty. The waiter was unnecessarily

The food, service, prices, patio seating, were all great. A group of us had lunch here, and everyone enjoyed their dishes and beer selection. The salad was surprisingly fresh and crisp and the greens more sweet and bitter. The burgers, the grilled chicken, And sides raw really well prepared and high-quality ingredients.

Great dinner on the patio. Solid attentive service. We had a number of dishes, starting with the impressive nachos (in tower), some of the best nachos I've had. The Indonesian Rendang was great, as were the the steak sandwiches and (Atlantic for some reason) fresh salmon.

Our food was really good, tasty, fresh and well prepared (Indonesian Nasi goreng and a burger) and the apple crumble was homemade and delicious, overall better than expected for pub food. The staff were attentive and delightful (admittedly it was a quiet night out of ski season).

This was our go to place for a whole winter season. They offer this deal of beer + burger + fries for $14 up until 4pm everyday (if I'm not mistaken) - we took up on that offer literally every week.To top it all up, the staff is so incredibly kind and fun and, they're always working hard to give everyone an awesome experience. It's more down to earth than other places in the mountain - which is amazing, if you're trying to keep things light.

We love this place! We took our company from Saskatchewan up Silverstar. They were amazed at the amount of snow and the overall beauty. Of course, we had to introduce them to the Bulldog, and they did not disappoint. We stopped for a beer and nachos, and I have to say the food presentation is incredible. We shared our order of nachos, which was enough to feed four. They were delicious. We will continue to share this venue with all who visit us.

Had lunch there twice. The food was excellent. The soup of the day was great as well as chicken taco and blackened tuna salads. The service was prompt. I recommend this place.

It was a crazy busy night for the staff and they were extremely concerned to have us understand their limitations and wait times for food, however, we didn't think we had to wait very long and the server was so pleasant! My daughter and I felt very comfortable and welcomed herre, not like at the Red Antler.

There are a number of pub options in Silverstar and the Bulldog is a stalwart and usually has a solid offering of food and alcohol. The beer and wine remains fine, but this year the food and service were not as they have been in the past. The signature burger was disappointing, the nachos confused and the nasi goreng tasteless. There are better options this season but hopefully the Bulldog returns to form soon.

Visited with a group of friends. I generally don’t complain in my reviews however this one warrants some concern. Our waitress was much less than polite and happy. She seemed very stressed and probably not the right person to be waiting tables (it was not busy). She would come to our table, look at us and say looks like you are not ready and turn around and leave without giving us time to respond. The manager came to our table at one point and chatted for a bit, seems like a good guy. A Note foir the manager if he reads these posts; 20oz of Stella @$9.25 lower than the 50cl line on a glass is actually only 15.5oz, not 20. Thats a bit steep for a glass of beer, especially when it’s 25% less than advertised. Gotta say though, the food was great and nice atmosphere in the pub.

Server was obnoxious, and food wasn’t nearly as good as on our last trip. We were looking forward to the Indonesian food, but were greatly disappointed.
