Overall amazing Restaurant!(Vernon, BC)💚 The Franchise owner Sidharth Papneja (SID) is the nicest, friendliest individual you could meet. He treats his Customers and Staff with the utmost care and consideration. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant the most (March/25) w/many friends and family members, but we've also used their App as well. Also, this location has a very clean and tidy bathroom. Thank you Sid and all of your Staff, too. Anytime we visit Vernon, BC we'll definitely make a point of having an awesome meal at your Restaurant.🥗🌯

The food is great but the late night service is horrible very rude to customers .the first time and now second time because I wanted to try again maybe the service would be better, but no its even worse I would be fired if I treated my patients like that so they are very rude ,to bad because the food is great its the late night staff two girls thank you

Have had a few salads from here. Had their new peach chicken salad. Excellent and fresh as always! Peaches were fresh not canned. Would 100 percent recommend Chopped leaf to anyone!

I really wanna take a minute to write this. I have always had the best experience with them. But today they went above and beyond. I ordered food through doordash. I didn’t realize and made an honest mistake of ordering the wrong bowl. Didn’t even wanted to call doordash cause they are just pathetic. Called the store. SID The Owner helped in the most generous way possible. He made a new bowl with the right ingredients and fixed everything. Made my Day sid. Thank you so much and you will forever have our business. Thank you kindly. ❤️

Having the Santa Fe bowl right now. Ordered online for pick up. It was ready on time which is great. Ordered chickpeas and grilled chicken for an extra cost, which is fine, got those on top as expected but for some reason I did not get corn in the salsa nor was there cheddar cheese on it. The corn and cheese is listed on the menu:
“sour cream & salsa, brown basmati rice, romaine, black bean corn salsa, avocado, cheddar & crushed pita”
It was tasty but I really think it would have been better if the cheese and corn were add to the salad. Also the chicken was not grilled which is ok, but it would have been nice to have a heads up that the chicken is not grilled chicken. I realize it’s probably not the case, but it feels like they removed the cheese and the corn because I added two additional toppings even though I paid for the extra toppings. Disappointed but still ate it and it was still good, but I’d like it better if I got everything I paid for.

Food quality is nothing like when the chain first started. Missing and unfresh ingredients. Staff are friendly but their skill set to deliver a health conscious meal and recognize food preparation quality is below a reasonable standard.
I work in the same complex and this is my most favourite place to grab lunch. The quality of the food and the service are always excellent. Very well maintained facility too
