Went to get dinner tonight and was very disappointed. The quesadillas were very thin, mostly tasted pita and pesto. The ranch was filled to less than half in the to go container. My chopped water had 2 verrry small pieces of fruit in it. Also ordered a santa fe bowl and the rice was hard. We ended up making dinner. But I will say the staff at the Vernon location were friendly. There is no way they didn’t know they were putting out such meager portions which ruined it for us.

Grab a salad here! Ended up staying and chatting with my buddy for 3 hours… guess that means the atmosphere was pretty welcoming!! Loved it!!

Very impressed with the customer service from the Vernon Chopped leaf. After Uber bungled the delivery of our food, they remade it and the manager personally delivered it. We love Chopped Leaf for the food, and now we love it for the service and solution they provided after a difficult situation. Cheers to you guys!

Good is good but service is terrible. The lady was straight up rude to me. She was also terribly rude to her staff that was there. I work in the same complex and my colleagues also said when they go there she's rude to them. Do better. Be better.

I recently visited Chopped leaf , and I was impressed with the quality and variety of options available. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and I loved how I could customize my salad exactly the way I wanted. The staff was amazing as well. 💞💞

chopped is my favorite place to go! i’m from out of town & the chops in kelowna are awesome! i was expecting the same here! right from the second i walked in, the employees were not welcoming. i placed my order and it took a while considering there was not one at front of me in the line. the lady was just throwing my stuff in my bowl with a bad attitude, she then slapped my bowl down when it was ready on the counter with a frown. i then kindly reminded her that there’s supposed to be cucumbers in my bowl and she snatched it back then turned and obviously rolled her eyes at the other man working there. not to mention the portion wasn’t even close to the size i ordered. very small! definitely 👎🏼. i have just been sick and wanted to treat myself to a good healthy first lunch back to feeling better! was in vernon for the day.

More than half portions of your wraps/bowls is lettuce now. There are other toppings but very minimal. This is my go to food place if I wanted a quick meal. I would not go back for lettuce wraps anymore.

Paid $17 for a rice bowl that was only 1/3 rice 1/3 lettuce and a bunch of frozen tomato's. Not to mention you get 5 little pieces of chicken when you pay $3.99 to add chicken. This place sucks, I'll never go back.
When i find a place i love i stick with it. When another wrap place in town closed i searched best ceasar wrap and ended up here and thry truly do have the yummiest ceasar wrap. Extra dilly. ;). My wife loves the goddess dressing on any bowl. Excellent quality of food. Bright clean place and the staff are super sweet and proffessional.

Eating at Chopped leaf has been a remarkable experience in terms of satisfying ones taste buds. A perfect combination of protein carbs n fibre rich menu - one can dig into wraps, salads n sandwiches which are undoubtedly scrumptious and at a very cost efficient price. The servers are full of energy n bang on with their hands on preparations and the owner ( Sidharth) is an amazing person when it comes to hospitality and bringing your order the way you want to the table !! I am happy customer everytime I eat here! WELL DONE ?? definitely your “TO GO MEAL”
