I visited this store right before closing, and I was extremely hungry. Despite being about to close, the closing team went out of their way to make sure I could get something to eat. I didn’t get their names, but the staff—who appeared to be of Indian or Pakistani background—were incredibly kind and helpful. Hats off to the team for their excellent service. Thank you so much!
The new look is wonderful and matches the improved attitudes of the staff. At times I have noticed that there are quite a few new staff that are still leaking the ropes, but they are eager and willing to learn, and want us customers to be happy. I have always enjoyed my drinks and food here. And now you can skip the line with ordering from the screen (or your phone as well).

Tim Hortons in Vernon is a great stop for coffee and quick bites. The staff are friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. Coffee and food are consistently fresh. Overall, a reliable spot for your daily caffeine fix and a good example of classic Tim Hortons hospitality.
