We were recouping after an emotional situation with our dog. To cheer up my 7 year old, I snuck off and asked the waitress if she could sneak him a couple extra gold coins to his pirate pack. Something that on the day we got the dog, Kelowna white spot did as a surprise to him. This would be kinda full circle thing. We came in sunday evening. We had been in the past but it was slow service and had avoided it. This time was 100 percent plus better. Mandy was our server, she was sweet, kind, funny and extremly attentive. Our food was fresh and delicious. What a turnaround!! We will be back for sure.

Waited 1 hour for food, with no service after we ordered. The restaurant was quiet, so not sure what was happening. I never mind waiting, but it is frustrating when the server doesnt communicate the long wait to you. Food was at least good.
