Lovely place. Great stuff! Amazing food. Only issue we had is we sat next to the window next to the street and had people smoking and talking quite loudly outside. Other than that atmosphere was terrific. Highly recommend

Nice service and atmosphere, good for drinks, but less for food. We ordered the Sirloin steak (it looks better in the picture than it tasted). The meat was very chewy and too salted, the fries were also very, very salty, and the asparagus were burnt and oily. Good for a drink, but I would not come again for food.

The happy hour special was just too good to beat. 8 dollar Negronis plus 12 bucks for 6 of the best oysters I've had..
We ordered the nachos and a few shafts with it too.
The oysters will have me thinking about this place for weeks. Great patio and location. Again, cant be beat.

We went for dine around but because they use fresh available ingredients the menu does vary. So we went for the daily specials burger and beer. And a lamb burger off the regular menu. The lamb was a bit salty and towards the dry side, the fries were crispy and perfect. The burger was juicy and perfectly done with a melted cheese sauce and side salad. Our server was the most polite and helpful person and accommodated our allergies in our ordering. It was a Monday night so it was quiet which was perfect for me. When it is busy I can imagine it would’ve way to noisy. Otherwise the atmosphere is very nice. Definitely a new place to return to. Especially happy hour.

This is our go to place in the inner harbour, the food is quality and supports local, menu is reality good and the view is amazing off on the deck.
It's giving sexy date night, but also very appropriate for a family lunch. The food was fantastic, and the staff were so kind. Delish cocktails. Beautiful set up with multiple rooms for different vibes. We stayed a little late, and they could not have been more gracious towards us. If youre thinking about going - you should!

I visited 10 Acres Commons and overall had a good experience. The service was friendly and attentive, and the patio was a big bonus - it’s covered, warm, and very dog-friendly, which made it easy to bring my puppy along.
I tried the clam chowder, baby back ribs, and the burger. The flavours were nice, but everything was a bit on the salty side. With a lighter hand on the salt, the dishes would’ve been perfect.
Still, the atmosphere and service made the visit enjoyable, and I’d come back especially for the patio.

My husband and I have enjoyed meals here several times over the past few years. The recent neg. reviews from others are surprising as my experiences have been only positive.
This past visit we were pleased with the reasonable costs (don't say that often these days with food prices!) and excellent service from all the staff - friendly, relaxed and attentive without overdoing it - appreciated.
The music was mellow and suited the atmosphere. At one point the music switched to something rappy/loud and the staff noticed and switched it back. I even have praise for the subtle festive touches of decorations; with the holiday lights shining in from the Inner Harbour it made for a lovely atmosphere.
I got the fish and chips with yummy coleslaw and my husband got a burger followed by pecan pie; even my cappuccino was delicious.
Tip: the booths are surprising comfortable, even for short people like me!
