Poor and disengaged service. Long wait times. Servers were busy chatting with each other instead of serving guests. Appetizers and main course came at the same time. No sorry offered. Food was okay, but kind of mediocre. A tourist trap.

Food was ok, but poorly presented and one dish was over salted. Service was absolutely poor: Far too long wait times, the starters came after the main dish arrived, they argued about a cookie with the 3 scoops of ice cream. No apology was extended when the starters came too late, just a “you want to cancel?”, no thank you or good bye when we left the place. We are locals and work in the hospitality industry and this will certainly be the last place we will ever recommend. The staff clearly are not happy working there and treated us like unappreciated tourists and in a very transactional way (most likely because we spoke another language at the table as we had visitors from abroad). Very sad experience.

As locals, this one of our favourites. The location, service and food are reliably excellent. Furthermore, when my dad (with dementia) visited alone and ordered his meal but could not pay for it, they took care of him. When we discovered he hadn’t paid for his meal, my mom offered to e-transfer the money owing. They simply said it was on the house. We appreciate this community!

We visited 10 Acres and found the overall experience to be a bit mixed. While the atmosphere was lovely and the service was friendly and attentive, the food and drinks were quite average.
We ordered the falafel salad, falafel burger, and nachos. Unfortunately, the nachos were served cold, which made the cheese quite rubbery and unappetizing. The drinks also lacked balance in terms of flavor and mixing, nothing particularly memorable.
We appreciated the vibe and the setting, but the food didn’t quite live up to expectations. Would return for the ambiance, but probably not for the meal.
My room mates and I came to the 10 Acres and we had the BEST service ever!! We came fairly late and still received such great service from Anup! Made us feel so welcome and was so friendly towards us! We will definitely be coming back soon :)

Location and atmosphere were nice but the food is way over priced for the portions you receive. Prawn tacos.. it was basically 1 prawn cut into thirds with a teaspoon of pico on it, no flavour.. $19. My friend had a commons bowl with chicken and no lie in total was about 1 cup of food. $25 Oysters were not that great either, their version of what I’m guessing was supposed to be mignonette was awful. $25 We had to order chicken sliders to try and fill us up. Which I can attest that they were actually yummy.
However would not go back. Way more restaurants that have better portion sizes for the price.

We were at Fairmont Hotel and we didn’t want to walk anymore for the day when we saw this restaurant but when we checked the reviews we almost walked out but we didn’t and thanks Good , this place is just perfect. We ordered Tenderloin and Striploin and let me tell you Just perfect Give them a chance and go there You won’t regret it Ask for Anup and Roy the manager
