It's giving sexy date night, but also very appropriate for a family lunch. The food was fantastic, and the staff were so kind. Delish cocktails. Beautiful set up with multiple rooms for different vibes. We stayed a little late, and they could not have been more gracious towards us. If youre thinking about going - you should!

I visited 10 Acres Commons and overall had a good experience. The service was friendly and attentive, and the patio was a big bonus - it’s covered, warm, and very dog-friendly, which made it easy to bring my puppy along.

I tried the clam chowder, baby back ribs, and the burger. The flavours were nice, but everything was a bit on the salty side. With a lighter hand on the salt, the dishes would’ve been perfect.

Still, the atmosphere and service made the visit enjoyable, and I’d come back especially for the patio.

Stop in for lunch on a Wednesday! Hari was our server. Service was good and the meal was delicious! I had the falafel burger with Caesar salad and my niece had the lasagna!

My husband and I have enjoyed meals here several times over the past few years. The recent neg. reviews from others are surprising as my experiences have been only positive.

This past visit we were pleased with the reasonable costs (don't say that often these days with food prices!) and excellent service from all the staff - friendly, relaxed and attentive without overdoing it - appreciated.

The music was mellow and suited the atmosphere. At one point the music switched to something rappy/loud and the staff noticed and switched it back. I even have praise for the subtle festive touches of decorations; with the holiday lights shining in from the Inner Harbour it made for a lovely atmosphere.

I got the fish and chips with yummy coleslaw and my husband got a burger followed by pecan pie; even my cappuccino was delicious.

Tip: the booths are surprising comfortable, even for short people like me!

Ten Acres Commons in Victoria is an exceptional downtown dining spot that effortlessly blends warmth, sophistication, and West Coast charm. We arrived later in the evening, expecting a more subdued atmosphere, yet were immediately welcomed by a lively energy and a team that seemed genuinely happy to have us. The ambiance was inviting, modern yet comfortable, with soft lighting, well-spaced tables, and an open, relaxed feel that made it easy to settle in and enjoy the evening.

Our server was truly outstanding; attentive without being intrusive, genuinely personable, and impressively knowledgeable about the food and beverage offerings. Despite the late hour, she took the time to engage with us, answer questions, and provide thoughtful recommendations that elevated the experience. Her professionalism and easy-going nature made us feel like valued guests rather than a late-night afterthought.

The food was exceptional from start to finish. The Malpeque oysters were pristine, briny, and beautifully presented on ice, paired perfectly with a few sides dishes and balanced by craft cocktails and local beer. Each flavor complemented the next, creating a memorable, well-rounded experience that showcased local ingredients and skillful preparation.

Considering the quality, service, and location, pricing was more than fair. Ten Acres Commons is easily one of Victoria’s most dependable and enjoyable destinations for relaxed yet refined dining. We’ll certainly be back soon.

Had mice running at me, tacos were dangerously overly spicy couldn't taste anything, nachos were in a bowl and turned to a cheese brick, added meat and guacamole for 11 dollars on 14 doller nachos. I wanted to go to the bistro but they said they were closing when we got there at 10.07. Was super excited to eat here as I had many people recommend it to me. Left sad and hungry, I did get a free shift cause the mouse madness but I'd expect something more if yall got rodents....which I know can be common downtown.

Was very disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered the prawn tacos for lunch - they came on a square cookie sheet and were very tiny. For $19.95 I would not expect to leave hungry but I felt like I had a snack. Service was extremely slow and the food took 30 minutes for a table of 4.

I am so taken back by how great the service was at this restaurant Roy and Harry were just so accommodating and so polite. We switched seats three different times and they were happy to help us find the perfect spot for us. Thank you so much for the best experience, I will always come back.

I don't recommend this restaurant at all, it's looks so good but unfortunately there are rats 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮, futhermore the sushi was so disgusting the taste wasn't pleasant and they charged me 26 plus tax. I hoped more of this restaurant because looks good outside.

Love this place! Popped in for happy hour and left with a smile on my face! Kate was super sweet and went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. The food is consistently great and the white sangria is a delight! Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
