The best fish in town.Uchida Eatery is truly the epitome of a hole in the wall find. Every time I have visited here, I am always greeted by the same singular man serving up perhaps the best raw fish I’ve had in my life.Uchida has given me a glimpse of what authentic Japanese donburi might be - to my impression, this is authentic as it gets. Every each of ingredients are so fresh and locally sourced. As I am from Japan, I guarantee this is the spot to have an authentic Japanese meal. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for your hard work and wonderful meal!

This Japanese spot is a hidden gem. It is open during lunch only. I ordered my food in advance the night before. There is limited tables available (I believe 3?). When I arrived to pickup my order, there was one unoccupied table so they accommodated my order for dine-in instead of take-out. My assorted sashimi don was well-preserved and tasty. I will come back again!
