I didn’t know they changed it to the Rack now instead of 1550s. The menu is pricey, but the food itself, idk lol. The serving is so small, I had fish and chips; the fries are not that great and the fish tasted like it just came out of the freezer. My partner got the perogies but they served it as if a kid is gonna be eating. We were here before and it was when it was still the 1550s and it was good. I was lowkey not satisfied with the food. I might not come back.
Now called the Rack. The Rack is in our neighborhood and I hope it succeeds. It seems the pub is still in a change over period and feels unfinished. More of a local country Bar than a pub. Country music playing and profesional poker on 5 screens. Service was most excellent, Beer selection is small but our house lagers were great. The food we had was okay but underwhelming. I realize that Is a vague critique but it was our first visit, we will be back and try some other menu items.

Stopped by this restaurant for dinner, and I have to say, the food was pretty good, like, it satisfied my craving perfectly. And the place had a nice, casual vibe, which I really appreciated.
