I mistakenly placed an online order at the wrong A&W branch. Fadi, the manager, helped me refund the incorrect order so I could place a new one at the correct location. I really appreciate his effort.
You can count on excellent customer service and tasty burgers at this A&W location! We placed a mobile order at the wrong location and Fadi the manager stepped in and kindly resolved the issue for us. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but you can count on the staff here to provide great service. Thank you Fadi!
