Used to go here often , pre covid. I didn't like how over the top they got with the plexiglass dividers etc, so I stopped going.
Today I thought I'd give them a try again. 5 years later they STILL have all the plexiglass dividers and they're STILL controlling which door you come and go from! I'm surprised the staff aren't all wearing masks! Time to let it go! I don't know if this is signal virtuing or the owner is still scared, but please WAKE UP! This just isn't a thing anymore!
Part 2 of my review is that I can't believe how their prices have skyrocketed. I know things have gone up but they are extreme.
I was very disappointed once again and I won't be back. I can't recommend either!

I used to love coming here as a resident of Cordova Bay. However, recently discovered they still have the nonsense plastic screen dividers up between each table, which is a frightful sight that brings back terrible memories of seclusion and segregation for an over inflated medical reaction 4-5 years ago. They should remove these immediately and allow conversations to take place again between tables. How ridiculous.
Terrible food terrible service, ordered a wrap for 20$ it had no sides no flavor no character and poor presentation. They advertise fresh but all there deserts are frozen, bland dry and lack profile. I would no recommend and will not be going back. It's intentionally misleading you into thinking it's a fancy tea shop with fresh baked goods. And charging big bucks for frozen crap
The food was good and the the location is very convenient for someone biking. Sadly, we had to wait for 35+ minutes for someone to take our order, then another 20 for the food to arrive, and the sides dishes were wrong for half of the table. Service was not friendly either.

Multiple registers, none with a designated cashier staffed to take an order. Confusing layout, tables cramped at the front entrance for no reason.

The most boring over-priced afternoon tea ever! We ordered two high teas at the cost of $86 each. There was absolutely nothing that had any taste and most of what was offered was dry and obviously two to three days old! Even the fruit offered was dry and the apple slices were brown on the edges. Oh, the raspberry jam was quiten nice (Obviously a good commercial brand!) What a rip-off! Will never go there again. Nor, will I recommend it.

This was the most disgusting experiencei have ever had. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this time it is necessary. We arrived at 1:15 . We were given a table immediately and placed our order. We waited over an hour before we finally received our meals. They were both rock-hard and cold and definitely not edible. I ordered the Belgium waffle. It was too hard to cut, still half frozen, and dried up.pretty sure it was just from a box and had been left out for hours. It said it came with whipped topping and seasonal fruit. Nope, It had a small bowl of very runny topping and a couple of tiny sliced (browned) apple pieces on the side. Considering all the amazing local fruit here in July that was simply sad. If I had played Frisbee with this waffle it would have broken a window.
My mom ordered the seafood melt on toast. It also was completely cold and dried out. Mom tried to bite the toast but she said it was impossible. It appeared to have been made either hours before or possible days before. Disgusting.
The restaurant was clearing out from the lunch crowd as we arrived so they were not busy at all. We were the only ones left in the entire section of the restaurant.
Our plan was to have lunch then wander the shops on Matticks Farm. Unfortunately after wasting an hour and half and starving we left and went to another fairly local restaurant. There we got a fabulous meal which was served quickly and delicious. Lesson learned. We won't be back. Also note that since we left that means the cute shops also lost our business. Very unfortunate.
I am very sad about all the lovely tourists on our island being served horrible food at Adriannes at Matticks Farm.

Great coffee at the end of their day. We were well serviced minutes before closing time. We will be back. Made up for an earlier poor lunchtime decision.

Some of my favourite ice cream in town ! I've been going here since I was young and have never been disapointed
Worst place on the planet, waited so long for a breakfast wrap I just left. You have to wait inside for your food, they won't bring it out to you. Hell on earth is Adrienne's.
