BAD BUSINESS: dishonest, disrespectful, unorganizedAs a Filipina living away from family, it is important for me to share my culture with my friends through food. I had contacted this café because of their Filipino Catering. After talking to them about the menu, delivery, and plating services they quoted me $33/person. They asked me to pay ASAP, but I asked for an invoice first. 6 days before my event, almost 3 weeks since our initial phone conversation, they sent me an invoice for $65/person – the price had suddenly doubled! They could not explain the drastic increase, nor were they willing to remove the ‘Delivery and Labour’ charge even though I was willing to pick-up and plate the food myself. My relatives called them to discuss the price changes, in Tagalog, but were yelled at, talked over, and told to ‘MAKE YOUR OWN FOOD’.This business is dishonest, disrespectful and unorganized. They do not communicate in a timely and transparent manner. They do not listen to their customer’s needs and concerns. They do not deserve our money or loyalty. They disappoint me and they are an embarrassment to the Filipino community.

Tried their mediterranean wrap - fresh, full of flavour and substantive. Couldn't eat the whole thing. $9 (+1.50 to add chicken). They have a lot of variety in flavours - middle easter, tex-mex, thai. Can't wait to try other menu items.
