Hubby had Classic Eggs Benny and I had the California Benny with oaten bread! The food was tasty even though our eggs were cold. Hashbrowns were great and so was their oaten bread ( which they sell for $7.99 ). Had a Mocha coffee with my breakfast.
Love this little breakfast place. It's small inside but the food is good and affordable enough that you won't go broke. Great service despite how busy it can get. We usually go earlier and never have a wait. There is free one hour parking on Mason Street but otherwise you will need to pay for parking or walk a few blocks from where you can park for free for two hours. Small incredible neighborhood eatery. Right around the corner from a "popular" location that had a crazy line. So we found Avalon and we left discussing how soon we could return. Quick service and the breakfast was great. We both ordered the signature skillet and it was perfect. Crispy potatoes and a flavor that brings it all together. A must do. We will be back!
