The one-man show that is Bana is incredible. Come here if you can. I have been enjoying this Indonesian culinary mastery since 2017. I especially recommend the gado gado wrap (AKA Anjali’s spring rolls) with a so tasty gado gado peanut sauce. It’s vegetarian. For veg peoples, you can get the nasi campur telor sambal without the prawn crackers. Not only is the food tasty; Bana is a calm, friendly guy.
The food here is incredibly delicious, made with simple ingredients. I recently came back after four years, and it’s so consistent in presentation and flavor that I thought I was experiencing déjà vu. This is one of those timeless spots that truly deserves a Michelin star—absolutely delicious.
The place and food are totally recommended to anyone who craving indonesian food. Shout out to Abang Bana for this awesome and authentic dishes ! Nasi Campur with Beef Rendang and Chicken Satay are highly recommended. Horas Medan !
