The cheeseburger was missing cheese. Disappointing and a bit dry overall. It was the end of the night so maybe they were in a rush to get me out of there but I didn’t notice until I got home unfortunately.

Foh staff is exceptional lately. Love their social and environmental initiatives. Makes the burgers go down that much better! Compostable garbage bags for the win! Those aren't cheap, but neither is environmental remediation! Thx!

Awful overcooked, burned patty and bun. Not sure how they can screw up a basic meat patty on a bun. Not rocket science. I sent it back after it came out like this, and the one they re-cooked was the same. Garbage takeout burgers for 20 bucks and it doesn’t even come with fries. Management clearly is too hands off for their own good.
Edit: the email response from the owners must have entered my junk mail. They did in fact follow up which I appreciate. I will try eating there one more time. If it is better, I will modify the review and consider my burnt patty experience an isolated event.

The burgers are not sloppy delicious!! The burger has become dry and lack taste as a result! The searing has become boiling ,resulting in ho hum!All that is environmentally friendly doesn't have to mean your burger shouldn't be exquisite!!Flavourful? What's happened?

Food is very overpriced. The floors were sticky. Staff were mostly friendly. The layout is awkward for where you stand to pick up your food. I got fries and the server dumped the bag upside down into a bigger bag where they were all spilled for me after. Their burgers are okay. Very mid place to eat and the store smells musty.
