Mar. 2024 - Just enjoyed a burger and fries from here yesterday. Bimo Burger Stand has the best burgers and I really enjoy their fries and gravy. The owners are always so friendly. My kids loved with place when they went to school close by and now my grandkids love this place. I still highly recommend.Me and my grandson love this place. They have the best poutine. The owners are very friendly as well.

Went after the lunch rush, no lineup, ordered bacon cheeseburger and small fries. I waited about 10 min for my order.The fries were crisp and tasty, not too salty and a good amount for a small size. I would compare it to a medium size McDs fries.The burger was quite thick and loaded with the regular toppings. The bacon was crispy, cheese was processed, and the burger meat was seasoned well. The bun was a fresh kaiser toasted on the griddle im assuming, which made for a nice bite. At first glance the bun seemed too big for the burger, but the thickness of the burger and the toppings were a good ratio so I ended up with a piece of burger in my last bite. Kudos for that, this is not usually the case for most burger joints!My only negative was that the meat was pretty lean so it was a touch dry.Excellent deal for the price! ($13.50) Would be my first pick if someone wanted to go for a quick inexpensive burger. This place is 1000 times better than any fast food joint in the area.

It's a burger stand in a shipping container parked in front of a moving company... And they make the best burger and fries in Victoria.The beef patties are thick, juicy, crispy and well seasoned. Tomatoes, onions, and lettuce are well portioned without being excessive.Their fries are exceptional and always generous even for the individual size. They must be double fried because they're crispy and they retain their warmth without getting soggy.The location has no parking on-site so you'll have to park on the street (or at the nearby Wholesale). Expect the wait to be 10-20 minutes depending on the time of the day. Their lunch rush is pretty substantial because of the nearby high school. They have a handful of tables out front. The area is light industrial.

The poutine was pretty good, but in all honesty the burger is one of the worst burgers we've ever eaten. I'm not sure what they mean by hand pressed patty, because the burger patties are dry and lifeless...Even if they are fresh and hand pressed, they're absolutely murdered on the cooking surface.We did look at our neighbouring table to see what other peoples patties looked like and they were all in the same lifeless condition...Maybe Bimo Frie Stand, but burger should be taken out of the name.I'm giving it a 2 star review only because we liked the poutine
