Let's start with the bad. The only problem with this place tonight was that it was so hot! One ceiling fan wasn't working and there was an obvious heat wave in the restaurant compared to the beautiful weather outdoors.
Besides that, we got the cabbage salad, the pork gyoza dumplings, and a regular and spicy miso Raman. We really liked the cabbage salad. The dumplings were great with a fine oil to dip in.

We thought nothing would top the ramen we've had in Japan, this is on par and better than some we've had in Japan. We ordered all but the black garlic and they all tasted different and delicious.
