As a non-meat eater, I’ve tried a good share of vegan / vegetarian ramen in my life, and I wasn’t always impressed, but his vegetarian ramen is by far my most favorite! You wouldn’t even tell if it’s vegetarian as his soup is very thick and flavorful, but is purely from the essence of mushrooms and vegetables. Highly recommended!
The best vegan ramen I’ve ever had! It is absolutely delicious! I didn’t try many places but Kizuna ramen’s vegan ramen is the best. I tried both Donkotsu and Vegan but I prefer vegan one. So rich, flavourful, well balanced flavors. As far as I know there’s no ramen store who makes their own broth in Victoria. I have seen him making broth from scratch!
