So happy to support this restaurant. Yoshi, the owner, is a great guy and I am so glad I get to eat his food. He makes some of the richest, creamiest, most flavourful broth I've ever had. I live a 5 minute walk away, I will definitely be a regular customer.

If you want know “Real Ramen”This is it!I try “Tonkotsu”(pork base) soup, has a rich and natural taste, and I don’t feel any unpleasant taste of MSG seasonings that I get of other’sThere is Miso based vegan soup are also availableThe noodles are made with thin whole grain noodle, that I have never had at other place in town! It’s so flavorful.The restaurant is currently only offering take out, but you don’t feel like eating any other Ramen once you had a “Kizuna Raman”

As a non-meat eater, I’ve tried a good share of vegan / vegetarian ramen in my life, and I wasn’t always impressed, but his vegetarian ramen is by far my most favorite! You wouldn’t even tell if it’s vegetarian as his soup is very thick and flavorful, but is purely from the essence of mushrooms and vegetables. Highly recommended!

The best vegan ramen I’ve ever had! It is absolutely delicious! I didn’t try many places but Kizuna ramen’s vegan ramen is the best. I tried both Donkotsu and Vegan but I prefer vegan one. So rich, flavourful, well balanced flavors. As far as I know there’s no ramen store who makes their own broth in Victoria. I have seen him making broth from scratch! So much work and love!Each topping of the ramen is perfectly seasoned too. As a former kitchen mate at little piggy catering (pick up location), I couldn’t resist ordering his ramen whenever I worked. I can guarantee how much effort he puts in all the dishes he makes. Such a great chef! I highly recommend his ramen! You won’t regret it!
