Overall it was a positive experience ordering from here. The service did take a bit long, but they did have a bunch of customers and only 2 people working. More of a manager problem as these two did a great job moving us along and getting our food out. Burger could have been cooked a bit longer but still good nonetheless. Food was decent for the price, and the person on till was kind and actively working, but with only 2 people on they were understaffed. Can’t recommend if you’re in a hurry or already hungry when you get there. More than 40 minutes wait for our food.
Burger was decent, and I liked that the beef is halal. Service wasn’t great though. I asked the cashier if all the meat was halal and couldn’t really get a clear answer, he was kind of mumbling and didn’t clarify when I asked again.
Also took a long time to get the food, and it felt like mobile orders were getting prioritized over people ordering in person.
