These Macarons are incredible! Soft, chewy and so flavourful. My favourite was the chocolate & salted caramel. My son’s favourite was the watermelon. I would also like to note that you could see right into the bakery and it was so clean. It looked brand new! We were impressed to find out they’d been open for over a decade. Well done.
There are many bakeries outside the city selling better macarons, but this one is by far the best in Victoria.
I always order through an app and also went to their store many times. My ultimate favorite flavors are the Black Currant Dark Chocolate, Chocolate Decadence, Field Berry, and the Ruby Cherry (which they don’t sell any longer :( Please bring it back!). I started loving cherry flavored sweets because of your macaron!

I highly recommend the macaron making classes! As intimidating as macaron making can be, they do an excellent job walking you through the process and providing every ingredient, tool, tip, and trick you'd need to make the perfect macaron! Yann is a great instructor, and the staff was all hands on deck to help make it a seamless event.
