We were there for brunch on the weekend.. I had the Salmon Benny which was the best I’ve had.. My sister in law had the waffles which quite honestly presented like artwork.. The service was great and the atmosphere was cheerful.. look forward to going back!

Stopped in for the Dine Around set menu & wine pairing. It was AMAZING! The tenderloin was absolutely wonderful & each dish was paired perfectly with wine! Ann was an incredible & attentive server! I’ve been here before & the view is incredible. I wish they would have this wine pairing set menu every weekend! I would be back more frequently. My only recommendation is to turn off the big large screen as it reflects in the window & takes away from the beautiful ambiance (or out a more solid screen to block the reflection). Otherwise, this is one of my favourite restaurants in the Victoria area!!!!! I will be back!

Just enjoyed the dine around Victoria offering at the Westin Bear Mountain and it was beyond fabulous! The meal portion was very generous, the presentation spectacular and the taste was amazing. Definitely the best meal I have had out in a long time. I recommend making this a stop on your dining experience! Fantastic chef!The service (we were taken care of by Ann) was top notch. She knew exactly when to serve the pairing wine, was engaging and paced our meal perfectly. She definitely is amazing at her profession.I hope they continue to offer a selection like this as it truly was superb. Well done Westin!! Please keep this as an offering! Thank you! I’d give it 6 stars if I could! Superb.

We went for dinner on Saturday Feb. 3rd. It was one of the most pleasant and relaxing restaurant visits we’ve had so far. Upon entering the premises, we were kindly greeted by the manager of the restaurant. We didn’t catch his name but his smile alone was making us like the restaurant already. Our server was equally gracious and attentive to us the whole time. We went for the Dine Around Victoria 3 course menu complete with wine pairings and it was the most delectable combinations. We cannot forget to mention the lovely female soloist who was singing so beautifully the entire evening. She was playing guitar and harmonica as well as singing. Very talented musician. We will be back.

We are both from out of town and went here for their Christmas brunch. We were both disappointed.The selection was very limited and almost all food was cold. The carving stations had jugs of cold gravy. No horseradish, no stuffing, no cranberry sauce...The Eggs Benedict were way overcooked and also cold. French toast - cold. It absolutley was not worth the $100. People next to us complained and the manager just seemed annoyed with them. I really expect more from an hotel in the Marriot chain. Will go elsewhere next time

Recieved dinner after an hour and a half.The food was cold. My calamari was over cooked - the prawns in my pasta was also over cooked; both were rubbery. The manager was rude when we vocalized our complaints - she stated she could not understand how we received cold food.Won’t be coming back again.
