Callisto offers a unique dining experience with great views of the golf course, hills, and mountains. The high end interior decor and stunning, elegant, and stylish decoration make the atmosphere special. The food is excellent, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Some enjoyed starters like burrata and bruschetta, and the striploin steak was every bit as good as Black and Blue in Vancouver. However, a group of 14 experienced VERY slow service with one server for 14 people, and a chicken pasta dish inconsistency. Service is generally warm, attentive, and professional, with very friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious drinks are available. A downside is that the section with the best outside view is closed Sunday through Wednesday, making it bothersome to enjoy the mountain view through decorative shelves.
