Knowing origin of the chef, pasta offerings including veal scallopini would be welcome. Ordered pasta special: linguine with calamari. Very disappointing. Marina sauce overpowering, calamari very "chewy" and pasta served in a blob. Guests enjoyed salmon entree. Salads and desserts excellent. Service excellent.
This was my third less than satisfactory experience at Callisto. I thought with a new chef and a new menu things might be different. I took my husband for a Fathers Day treat. For starters the salad we ordered had brown lettuce in it which they replaced with a new salad. I ordered a tenderloin steak medium well, it came well done, but tender, Buried underneath my steak were three spears of overcooked asparagus. They had the consistency of a spaghetti noodle.
