Coming here is a treat. It’s quick and easy. You can order ahead and pick it up. Which is what I usually do on a game night. I normally have the veggies roll, tempura Yam roll and chicken karage. I do have a seafood allergy but there is still lots for me to eat. The bonus is if you really enjoy the steak sauce on rice. They sell the sauce by the bottle.

We ordered Combo A and dynamite rolls. The Combo A they forgot until we reminded them. When it came it was the wrong one. We had a restaurant before so we knew when an order was forgotten, a small extra was added. There was none. When we pointed out the wrong combo was delivered, again no small token to make amends. Unacceptable service.

Ordered on Uber eats asked for extra wasabi and soy, very clearly, and it was not at all executed. Now I have $70 in food and no soy sauce or wasabi..

Just had a meal here with my Japanese friend, and I must say, it was the best dining experience I’ve ever had! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. This place is perfect for gatherings with friends or family. Plus, with its private seating options, I think it’s also a great spot for a romantic date!

Just ordered an hour and fifteen ago it took a little long to make the food but... besides the point.
Buyer beware buyer beware. The chicken Katsu was the worst excuse of a dish to ever carry that name. Just a Costco chicken burger. I order this dish everytime I go out for sushi and this was horrible. Also just so so so old and stale. I'm guessing they just don't know how to cook chicken.
Could be worse not much. So then our miso was EMPTY. Like it's the cheapest thing in the world and there were no ingredients. Just broth. I had miso yesterday from a real Japanese restaurant so the memory of good soup still lingers in my mind if not in my mouth.
Less than half a four ounce container. It's gone beyond lazy. It's gone beyond bad, unskilled cooks and straight into insulting the customer on purpose.
It's now half hour to closing time so no idea why I can't get anyone to pick up the phone. We just got our food.
Buyer beware. Buyer beware. Cheap, lazy, no effort food. Save yourself all the hassle of Chiba and get your sushi from almost literally anywhere else.

Ordered the crab cone, prawn tempura and a spicy tuna roll. The cone was honestly just really gross, the nori seemed wilted almost? The crab had a super fishy taste not like any crab I’ve had. The spicy tuna roll was sour? I’m willing to try again and change my rating if the food is better, maybe dining in is better? The dining area is super cute.
