Overall, depending upon which franchise you happen to frequent depends on the outcome of your experience. Overall, their food is very good, however, some staff I have had to deal with leave a lot to buy desired while others are amazing and are amazing representatives of their company which they work for.

I've been going to this location (Shellbourne and Cedar Hill) for several years now. It was my go-to bread place. Over the past year, the customer service has gone downhill. Employees look miserable, and their attitudes are reflected in the service. After having sent an email to Cobs Customer Service about a particular incident, 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for the manager/store owner to contact me. It's disappointing, to say the least.

I walked into the store and got welcomed by helpful and kindhearted staff by the name of Zawa, thank you for the exemplary service. The food was rather dashing prosciutto pizza accompanied by a magnificent chocolate scone.

Cobs bread is the best I've ever had. The Sourdough and cape seed are my favs. Try any location for amazing carbs 😋

Bought 2 ham and cheese croissants and a plain croissant as well as 3 scones. The croissants tasted very strongly of chemicals and soap.

Bought 2 ham and cheese croissants and a plain croissant as well as 3 scones. The croissants tasted very strongly of chemicals and soap. 4 different people spat out after tasting. It’s been more than two weeks and for the wasted $20 I was offered $5. Sent pictures and receipts but no follow up. I’d be very concerned about cleanliness and health standards of this location after this experience.

I had an awesome experience in their store. I bought bread and enjoyed the taste and freshness.
And of course the good atmosphere and their smiles. I suggest others to try once.

I'm usually a huge fan of Cobb's, however, the scones at this location are so small compared to other locations. $3 for this is not worth it.

Hi I was in there tonight and I got some really fresh stuff: buns, foccacia bread, and danishes. The buns were super squishy and flavourful great for sandwiches stuck together. They felt really fresh, the foccacia bread was salty with sea salt on top and herbs was delicious i used it for sandwiches, the dannishes were amazing with extremely fresh ingredients blueberry, peach, apple 👏

Thank you so much for your great customer service and fresh products. On this day the CSR was really helpful and nice. The store seemed clean and organized very inviting, prices were easy to see and not to bad considering your paying for quality 👌you can't forget to try the tasty testers peach scones yummy I had 2 testers makes me want one 😋

I will definitely be back. Debit is preferred near closing times as they didn't accept cash. You need to try the hot crossed buns and cinnamon bubs they are very good 👍

There was a ton of parking out front of the business. I wish they were open a bit later or did orders for pickup.

I didn't see a Bike rack out front but there is one down by the bike store. The pizza croissants are off the chain you must try! Same with the cinnamon buns and hot crossed buns 😋

They won’t heat the pizza, other locations always do it for us. Bad service.

I usually go to the Cob's at Harris Green but found myself on shelbourne ...Thought I'd stop in and get a treat.Although the scones are a touch pricy, I like the the lemon blueberry ones. These were drenched in sweet icing and I believe under cooked. Heavy.Icing taste lasted longer than the lemon or blueberry. The Chocolate and the cinnamon were very close to the Harris green version.
