Cora Breakfast and Lunch

I just took my family for brunch today and I loved taking my family here for unfortunately I wasn’t impressed the waitress looked like she didn’t wanna serve us by the facial expressions and comments, I asked for a cup of hazelnut chocolate and made a rude remark about how it’s extra, then she forgot our toast and was cold when served as it comes with our meal, had another waiter bring us jam when asked and seemed extremely annoyed that we even asked, she avoided bringing us our food, even when we ordered I said I was allergic to kiwi and she made a comment about that which I was upset about.

Great place to eat and so many delicious choices and large servings. Loved the artistic way they prepared the food. Party of 5 and everyone wished this restaurant was somewhere near where we live.

Food was just mid, took them over half an hour to seat us even though it was empty inside. Service was utter crap to the point where we had to go find an employee to send someone to our table. It’s also unreasonably pricy.

This was by far the WORSE Cora’s in the entire British Columbia.

I ordered the Breakfast Poutine, worst poutine I’ve had ever in BC. I was excited for a good day starting off with a good breakfast that then ended up ruining my entire morning. First, the service was terrible. My party and I did not get any customer service, got nasty looks from the manager and saw that he was picking at his feet(wearing opened toe shoes by the way in a restaurant) and serving food at the same time. I ordered the breakfast poutine, and it came with pieces of hair, small little bugs in the gravy, and was served cold. It was so disgusting I almost gagged in my mouth. Before I even took a bite, I saw the bugs still alive roaming around in my food, it looked almost like maggots. I got up and paid for my food and just left and threw the box away in a nearby garbage. I didn’t have the time and energy to be staying in the restaurant furthermore after what I’ve experienced with my group. The party I was with as well had cold servings and hair+bugs in their meals.
Please, spare your time in the morning and do not dine here. There is better breakfast/brunch options in Downtown. If you want horrible customer service, bug infested food, a manager that picks at his feet and serves YOUR food at the same time, go right ahead. Disappointed and deeply disgusted by this whole entire establishment.

The service was really good. I was there with my grandson and family. The server was very attentive to the little guy. I had the Deluxe Crepe. If you like crepes, this is the one to get IMO. And the bacon is the best. Cooked to perfection!

Awesome food and service. Server was a taller guy can’t remember his it started with a S and it was a shorter name. He was very attentive and the food was amazing:)

Well that will be my last visit to this Cora's,place wasn't even a third full and they had customers standing outside looking at each other like why cant we sit down and at least have a coffee and wait.Looks like new owners really could care less,anyway found a nice place around the corner called Frankies modern diner great food and service check it out.

Excellent menu. Plenty to choose from. Waitress was a bit overwhelmed so we had to wait awhile for our bill.

It was fun fun fun the bathroom was very clean Wonder woman was a great waitress 🫶👍😁
