Extremely rude owner – never coming back!
I had a terrible experience at Cosmos Pizza & Pasta on Pandora Avenue. The owner himself was unbelievably rude and dismissive. I simply asked a question, and his response was aggressive and disrespectful. There’s no excuse for treating customers like that. With so many other pizza places in Victoria, I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this place if you care about being treated with basic respect.

Cosmos use to be the best. Ordered tonight, delivery driver called me twice because he didn’t know where I was and when I got the pizzas they were both burnt on the top and bottom. Completely inedible. What happened to this place??

I miss the old cosmos. You get way less toppings now, pizza's aren't very filling.

Ordered 2 smalls, no 10% off pick up orders was honoured. The pizzas were lacking toppings and cheese, dough was very bad and the pizza sauce my god was all sugar… super sweet? I don’t think these guys will last long, the previous owners or management was much better!

Worst thing is I called to make them aware of this and all I got was “OK” no sorry about that or we'll refund you what you paid only a “OK”. This is the reason for leaving the review…

Used to love Cosmos and ordered 2-3 times a week but the last two times the delivery guy could not get his debit machine to work and the second time we returned the food - if you order delivery make sure their machine is working unless you pay cash Too bad - their food is really good.

I was nearby and wanted to buy a pizza. There are several menus but no prices listed. I asked for the price of a certain pizza. First they asked if I wanted to buy 2 pizzas as special offer. I said no and they asked again if I am sure. Then the telephone rang and he took the call instead of serving me. We bought a medium pizza and wings special. The 3 topping pizza was good, if a bit bland. The wings were tasty but very small.$38.95 for both. Filled a hole for dinner but not exceptional.

I got a donair and had completely brown rotten lettuce and was just terrible. I took pictures and will show them , and the lasagna was so watery and just not what I thought it would be !

I ordered Combo number three which is listed at $35.95 got my deliver and was billed $54.95To top it off i received 2 dishes of spaghetti both only half full same as my lasagna dishes were both only half full. So here we have a 2 for 1 pizza company selling combo orders at a higher rate after delivery an did not confirm price on phone when ordered.When i called back they tried to tell me its been that price for long time even after i read them what their website says.I will now be ordering from some one else.The issue is there quality and quantity of food has gone down hill. And their prices have gone way up.I will not support a company that is over charging for everything. No wonder inflation is high its cause if compaies like this.Going from 35.95 to 54.95 is a huge jump for have the order in actual reality
