We ordered a strawberry matcha and an iced chai.
The chai came hot and needed to be remade, which took a very long time.
Strawberry Matcha was very sweet and made with liquid flavouring instead of real strawberries.
The chai tasted like watered down cinnamon. Both were terrible. Do not recommend.

Used this cafe for a quick breakfast when staying at the hotel. It has a good range of drinks and breakfast, brunch and afternoon tea items all of which appeared to be reasonable quality and the ones we had tasted fine.
As others have mentioned it is a little expensive but there aren't many options within a short distance. Also it gets busy and there can be a queue

Their London Fogs are amazing! I'd suggest this place to anyone but especially if they love London Fogs. Woman working there was polite and friendly too. :)

I’ve visited this cafe twice, and my second visit will absolutely be my last. The service I received was shockingly bad, especially for a place that charges premium prices.

I stood at the front counter for a solid five minutes while the male barista-in-training not only made eye contact with me but deliberately ignored me. Instead of taking my order, he disappeared into the back to spray something on the counter, wandered around, then came back out to chat casually with another barista all while I was clearly waiting. He finally decided to acknowledge me and take my order after wasting my time. To make matters worse, the customer who walked in right after me had their order taken immediately with no delay.

This wasn’t a case of being busy or overwhelmed. He was not handling any other orders. He simply chose not to serve me until it suited him. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in hospitality, especially when you’re asking customers to tip on top of overpriced food and drinks.

A cafe that charges this much should be delivering attentive, respectful service not attitude, neglect, and indifference. If management cares at all about their reputation, they should seriously retrain this barista and reflect on how their staff treats paying customers.

Save yourself the frustration and spend your money somewhere that actually values its customers.

Pretty poor price to benefit ratio here. Very subpar coffee, hardly edible breakfast, overpriced (because it’s on the hotel?). Use your hotel voucher at the bar instead.

The pistachio orange and tahini chocolate cookie is to die for, and their hot chocolate is like a tub of cookies and cream was poured directly into your cup

Nothing exciting or interesting here but the Panini was pretty good. Would go again if I was walking by and need some lunch but would not drive across town for it.

Their Victoria Hot Chocolate Festival drink was tasty. The brownie bite on top was tiny, but fudgey, and the peppermint in the drink came through strong. Great to take on your way.

Great spot for a nice latte or a baked good. If you are coming in from the ferry it is in a nice spot to walk right across and get a drink. Friendly and accommodating staff. Seating is limited so it is mainly takeout.

If you like good coffee, find another cafe. This is worse than Starbucks, which is marginal at best.

Really good!
