This sake has aromas of pineapple, tropical fruits and flowers. Light but flavourful with a refreshingly elegant and rich taste.
Seaside, 300mL sparkling sake
Brut-like sparkling sake with lemon and lime-like bright acidity. Pairs beautifully with oysters. It is fermented naturally. The cloudiness is from the yeast and sugar used.
Senkin Modern Omachi, 720mL junmai ginjo sake
Powerful and vibrant. Initial fruity notes of whiter peach and Muscat grapes. Gorgeous mouthful of sweet-tart.
Tengumai Umajun, 720mL junmai sake
Earthy and complex, with notes of cucumber and squash. It lifts to pair with a wide range of flavours.
Amabuki Apple, 720mL junmai daiginjo sake
Brewed using apple yeast. Clean, smooth, and round with beautiful apple-like acidity; pasteurized once (namazume) to retain the freshness.
Shu Awa, 500mL sparking sake
Smooth gentle bubbles by champagne method. Slight bittersweet and refreshing with balanced acidity.

Meh !!!! I am gonna assume it’s better in person. Would not order it for delivery though. The tighter the roll or cube the closer to god and the rolls and cubes were not giving what they needed to give. Falling apart and messy as hell. Flavours were alright but not great. I will try going to restaurant in person and give it another go. Will update this if my opinion changes. My overall review of this place is mid but will reassess in person and come back with my final thoughts....
