So much variety of vegan options, I've been vegan for almost 8 years and have extensive research on veg- sushi. This was byfar the pinnacle of my studies.The service was also fantastic and the servers were so polite and thoughtful.The restaurant layout is open concept and the sushi roll assembly line is right in plain sight for some bonus cool points.
The rolls are so creative, and there is a huge selection of vegan-friendly options which I love! Also the staff are always super friendly, the establishment is always clean, and the food is always fresh!

I liked the great selection of vegan rolls to choose from. I ordered the Veggie roll and the Proud Peacock. Both delicious. ? The place has a very relaxed atmosphere, less crowded than the food place next door. I need to try more of those vegan rolls... ?
