Famoso Italian Pizzeria - Market Square

Food and service were both excellent! We ordered the Primavera pizza, shared the Napoli salad, and had the fettuccine pesto prawn pasta. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The salad was fresh with a light, well-balanced dressing that didn’t overpower the ingredients. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the pesto sauce paired so well with the juicy prawns.

I dont usually leave reviews but, even though they are known for pizza, their house salad was one of the best salads that I have ever eaten!

We had the Sicilian meat lovers it was so flavorful worth every penny. Thank you so much 😊🙏 we went back and got the gelato I'm glad we did was delicious 😋 we came back today with a party of 8 everyone was happy with the food, we had 3 pizzas, chicken wings and salads. The canadiano was delicious, the tiramisu was delightful. thank you so much!

The pizzas were delicious and perfectly cooked in the big pizza oven. The salad was fresh and really tasty as well. The prawns were also delicious, although for $17 it felt like the portion could have been a bit bigger since it only came with 6 prawns and garlic bread. Service was friendly and attentive throughout. Overall, an excellent experience and I’d definitely come back!

We come to Victoria every year for vacation. And I'm not even kidding we eat both lunch and dinner at Famoso every single day.

It's that good.

The menu is incredible, something for everyone. The food is incredibly fresh. The meatballs are the best I've ever had. Salads are vibrant and the dressings delicious. The curly fries are a huge favourite with the kids. And the pizzas are fire cooked with the best flavours you'll find anywhere. As if all that wasn't enough, the service is probably the best I've ever had in any restaurant anywhere. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. We just love coming here and look forward to it all year long. Thank you Famoso! We'll see you next Summer :)
