Brutal customer service. We went in just before 7:30 - the door was propped open and the open sign was on but the woman at the counter couldn't conceal how badly she wanted us out of there. We were told it was too late to order hot food so we asked what was easy to make and she said "nothing, we're closing in half an hour." We got the hint and left without ordering. It's unfortunate because we love the food there and have ordered from there many, many times.If you don't want any more customers for the day - maybe consider closing the door and turning off the sign? It's not necessary to be rude about it.

In person I’ll have to avoid from now on. Pretty bad customer service in person and the girls were talking under their breath about customers BOTH times I’ve been there. Pretty disappointed with the experience I’ve had both times going to this location.

Lovely spot, great service but terrible smoothies. Had the Saanich Farm berry one but it was so fresh burnt you could taste any berry. Also had the mango tumeric smooth but it was so bitter, too much tumeric. Would like to come back and try the food.

OMG!! I love this place. I've been meaning to give you guys a try for some time already, but I live downtown and I rarely come up your way. Also, my boyfriend is more of a meat and potatoes kind of guy. It wasn't his first choice for our Friday night dinner.I'm happy to report that he loved the Barbacoa Beef Bowl.The bowls are fresh and tasty with a variety of flavours from all the different ingredients. It's amazingly difficult to find fresh healthy food in restaurants these days. Thank you for the great food. I'll definitely make my way out to you more often.

FreshCoast is my favourite take-out option for fresh, quick, nutritious, delicious, and reasonably priced food. It's so hard to find a place to grab healthy food on the go! The bowls are my go-to (favourites include: Vegas, Juan de Fuca, Spicy tuna), and I also love their vegan yellow curry (add tofu). I appreciate the customizable options and love to support a local, family-run business. I'm so happy to have FreshCoast in my neighbourhood (something other than pizza, fried chicken, etc.). Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming back (and recommending to others) :)

If I could buy lunch from here every day, I would. I really recommend FreshCoast for a fast nutritious and delicious meal! Their staff are so kind and the service is pretty quick.This place genuinely made me love salads because they are that good. My two favourite’s are the Barbacoa Beef and the Pacific Rim.

The folks who work here are very friendly and lovely, asking if I’d like recommendations, then proceeding to recommend a delicious and sustaining bowl. I noticed that they remembered the regular orders of some regular customers - so thoughtful! It was certainly above & beyond ☺️ lucky to have this sweet local spot!
