Bowls now come with a whole ramen egg! Spicy..Creamy...Crunchy, you name it! Spicy chicken miso paitan broth topped with shredded cabbage, corn, green onions and our crispy chicken Karaage (Japanese style fried chicken). Paired with snappy, extra-thin, house made Hakata-style noodles.
Spicy Miso Paitan
Bowls now come with a whole ramen egg! House-made taberu rayu (spicy japanese chili paste) is the source of heat for our silky, spicy, chicken-y kara miso ramen. Topped with sous vide pork belly chashu, corn, pea shoots, and green onions. Paired with a snappy, extra-thin, house-made hakata-style noodle, kara miso is substantial yet doesn't weigh you down.
Miso Tonkotsu
Bowls now come with a whole ramen egg! Silky pork bone broth flavoured with miso. Topped with classic pork shoulder chashu, green onions, corn, local pea shoots, shoyu (soya sauce) butter & fried garlic. Made with locally raised pork from Tannadice Farms. Paired with snappy, extra-thin, house made Hakata-style noodles. Tonkotsu is the holy grail of ramen soup noodle broths.
Shoyu Ramen
Bowls now come with a whole ramen egg! Classic Tokyo-style soy sauce ramen with sous vide pork belly chashu, seasoned bamboo shoot, green onion, and nori. Paired with house-made Tokyo style noodles. A true Japanese classic.
Vegetarian Miso Yasai
Bowls now come with a whole ramen egg! Our original miso vegan broth that's clean, light & packed with umami. Topped with pickled shiitake, corn, green onions, seasoned bamboo shoots. pickled ginger, shoyu (soya sauce) butter, local pea shoots & toasted sesame seeds.
Tori Ramen
Bowls now come with a whole ramen egg! Chicken noodle soup with a japanese flair. Tori ramen is shio (salt) ramen with sliced chicken breast, dried tomato, seasoned bamboo shoots, pea shoots, green onions and a hint of rosemary. Paired with house-made tokyo-style noodles and very accessible for those who have never had ramen before.
Vegan Shoyu
No egg on this bowl! Vegan ramen for vegans & non-vegans alike. Clear vegan broth seasoned with shoyu (soy sauce). Topped with tofu slices, dried tomatoes, seasoned bamboo shoots, pickled shitake, green onions & pea shoots. Paired with house-made Tokyo-style noodles. Light, refreshing and just fantastic for the heart and mind!
Shio Tonkotsu

The room is really cozy and the staff were welcoming. It can be a busy place, especially at night, they do take reservations though. The ramen is the most authentic I’ve had in Victoria, will definitely be back!

Vegetarian options: Two people in our party are vegetarian and there were multiple options for them to choose from, they were happy to have options! Also some veggie appetizers available.

Had such a great experience here! Great service, great ramen, and great options for dietary restrictions! The Tan Tan with tofu is incredible, and the green bean gomae as an appetizer is our go to!

Dietary restrictions: They had three options available for vegetarians, with two vegan options and also my celiac friend was able to mod and have a gluten free bowl!

I ordered the Gekikara Karaage for delivery and was quite pleased overall. The portion size was generous, and the creamy broth was delightful, though it lacked the level of spiciness I had anticipated. That said, the karaage itself was excellent—flavorful and well-prepared. The noodles, however, didn’t quite meet my expectations. I do appreciate the effort to use locally sourced ingredients, which adds to the quality of the meal. I’m looking forward to visiting in person...
